I don’t really get why people make booking sites sound so complicated, because this one was easy for me to use. I found my route fast, the filters actually helped, and my payment went through without any strange errors or drama. Yeah, a few pages loaded a little slower than I would’ve liked, and the fees could’ve been clearer at the start, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, the booking process was simple, and I’d use it again

"E-ticket was a hassle and no one to talk to"
I bought my ticket thinking it would be quick and easy, but the whole e-ticket situation ended up being really annoying. I had to search through emails to find it, the file wouldn’t open properly on my phone, and when I actually needed the QR code, it was a pain to locate. What made it worse was that there didn’t seem to be any real person to contact for help, just a very impersonal process. After paying extra fees, I expected things to be smoother. I probably wouldn’t use rail.ninja again.

I booked my tickets through rail.ninja, and overall the reservation details were mostly right. I’ll admit I’m a bit particular about travel stuff because I like everything to be super clear before I get to the station, so one part about the seat info threw me off at first. Thankfully, it all worked out fine once I was there. Not a bad experience, just wish the details were a little easier to understand

"Ended up paying more and waiting around frustrated"
I booked my train tickets through rail because I assumed the price was normal, but later I found the exact same tickets much cheaper on the official rail website. The extra fees weren’t shown very clearly, so I only realized after I had already paid. On top of that, I felt like I was stuck waiting longer than expected for things to process, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. Maybe I should’ve checked around more first, but the site really makes it way too easy to overpay. The price transparency is poor, and I wouldn’t use it again.

"Works, but the translations need help"
The site does work, and I was able to book in the end, but some of the English and local station names looked odd. A few of the messages felt like they were machine translated, which made the whole process more confusing than it really needed to be. It’s not a huge issue, but it was definitely a bit annoying.

I booked through rail.ninja, but the document info wasn’t clear at all. After I paid, I ended up having to double-check everything myself, which was frustrating. When I reached out to support, the replies felt really generic and didn’t actually help much. It made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be before my trip 😬

I booked my train tickets on my phone and it was smooth overall. The site opened fine and I found the route without much hassle. Payment went through okay too, though one page was really slow to load and I wasnt sure for a minute if it had actually worked. The tickets showed up in my email a few minutes later. Id use it again, I just wish the mobile pages were a bit quicker.

"Train Time Changed and I Had to Figure It Out Myself"
I booked my tickets through Rail Ninja Ninja, and then the train time got changed, but the notice came way too late. I basically had to go digging around myself just to understand what was happening. Support did answer eventually, but it felt like I was the one chasing them for basic info. Like, if my travel plans change, I need to know as early as possible, make it make sense. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely added stress I didn’t need.

I was expecting the usual bit of confusion after booking, but everything was actually really clear. The emails had the times and train details easy to find, so I didn’t have to dig around or second-guess anything. I also had one question for support, and they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise...
